The ability to adapt to (a) new work (working) environment is as important as a high
degree of excellent knowledge for the job.
When you (are) doing a job, there must be a large amount of difficulties you
have to overcome. One of these difficulties is the change of working
environment. Therefore, the ability is actually an important skill that can
help you become successful. But, compare with the excellent knowledge on (to) work,
the ability of adapt (adapting) the working environment might be less
essential. Because if someone has no knowledge for the job, even he can adapt
his environment, he can’t do his job well. In addition, the knowledge can help
you adapt the environment.
First of all, please imagine the following situation(s), someone who has good
ability of adaption (adapting). After he adapted his new environment, what’s
the next step? All right, he has to work. So, if he doesn’t have knowledge for
(of) his job, he can’t accomplish his work. On (At) this event, we can see that
doing work may little influence by the ability of adaption (adapting). The
knowledge and experience of work are the most essential factor to become
successful on (in) your work.
The second reason, I consider that, the knowledge for (of) the work can help
workers adapt their environment easier. Why? That’s because they are effective
on their works. So they can save a lot of time. Whereas they are not good at
adapting (to) the change of their environment, they can save a lot of time to
do the adaption (adapting). On the contrary, those people who are originally
have great ability of adaption (adapting), after they finished their adaption
(adoption) quickly, what should they do? They must earn knowledge. So it is
absolutely that learning something must be more difficult than adapting new
environment.
In a nut shell (nutshell 是一个字), even the adapting skill is significant, the knowledge of
work is much more essential. Before thinking how to adapt your working
environment, becoming knowledgeable is more important. This is the first step
to become successful on (in) work~

Nowadays, many people discuss if(改用whether 会较好) teachers should make their social or political views known to students in the classroom(classrooms 用复数). Many people may disagree with teacher(teachers要用复数) make(要改为making) their social or political view known to students because they think social or political views are not closely related to class knowledge. It wastes a lot of time to teach these views to students. However, there are also many people think it’s good for student(students) that(改用 when 或 if) teachers talk about social problem(problems要用复数) at(是 in) class(classes要用复数). We can't say which one is wrong because each answer has its reason(reasons要用复数). In my opinion, I think teacher(teachers) should make their social or political view known to students in the classroom.
Firstly, we should think about political or social things(要改为issues) in our age. So teachers can guide us to understand the society(要加better). We are now (要加at) the age of 16. This means that two years later we will become an adult. When we become an adult, we must (to care the 要改为 care about) politics and social (要加 matters / issues). They are very necessary(要改用important) to us(是our) life. Our teacher(teachers) (要加should 因为是你的意见) always makes(make) his(their) social or political views known to us in the classroom(s). He(要改为they)(should) (said many of the view are very correct这节表达有问题，要改为 provide us with the correct view). He(要改为They 加 should) often explains(explain) some reasons about social events in his(their) class(classes).. I think it is good for us to develop and (要加 to) know the world.
Secondly, teachers can tell us a lot of social or political views from the(要改为 their) adult perspective. Adults have experienced things more than us. They (要加 can) think (要加 of) things more comprehensive(用comprehensively 是副词). We are teenagers, so we just live in a world simply that do not need us to think (of) things (要加 with) more difficult(要改为 difficulties). Therefore, teachers can tell us something more comprehensive. From this, we can also learn a lot of method(methods) of thinking (of) social or political things(要改为matters 或 issues).
Lastly, the teacher tells(应该用 talk) about social or political views in class(classes) (can make us won’t feel bored 这句表达混乱不清，要改为 won't make us feeling bored). If teachers only teach knowledge from books, we will not have a lot of interest in class(classes). The class(classes) will be very boring. Maybe we will sleep (去掉in the class太重复) or think (要加 about)other things in class(classes). If teachers tell(要改为 talk about) something except(要改为 apart from) books, maybe we will focus on the teacher(teachers 要加 more /better). Therefore, we will not feel tired in class(classes). (应该要加Therefore) I like teachers who like (要加 to) make their social or political views known to students in the classroom(s).
In conclusion, I would like to say, people have different thinking from different angles. All of them (are correct 并非全是正确，只可以说是各有各的理由 have their own reasons). So we can't say which one is not correct. Because it is(they are) all our own opinions and (others from the perspective of they 这一节我不大明白你想表达甚麼，所以无法替你更正，但照理推测，应该是: those with the similar perspective) will disagree with us(应该是me 因为这是你自己的意见).( I think teachers should make their social or political views known to students in the classroom.这句可以去掉，因为已重复了很多次!)

托福写作批改人是
首先不要限定写托福作文的时间。不要限制自己用“模考”的方式写作文。“模考”基本上是不懂如何考试的人才喜欢的东西。一个人要没有自知之明到什么程度才必须参加“模考”，否则无法了解自己的真实情况?从另外一个角度来说，“模考”也是没有意义的，因为“模考”之前和之后考生的能力没有任何变化，没有任何进步的几个小时根本就是彻头彻尾的时间浪费。
对于仍然需要通过练习进步的学生来说，限制自己在“规定时间之内”完成作文，实际上是在强迫自己在“限制时间之内”一点进步都没有。所以，这种做法实际上根本不可能有效地提高“写作速度”。

其次，在写作文的整个过程中，必须动用一切你能够动用的辅助手段。写着写着不会写了，就去查词典，一分钟之后你就多知道了一个一分钟之前还不善用的词汇，这就是进步;写着写着觉得哪一个句型有点别扭，就去查语法书，一分钟之后你就进一步了解了一个一分钟之前还不全面了解的语法点，这就是进步;
写着写着没有例子了，就去查Google，一分钟之后你就多积累了一个一分钟之前还不知道的素材，这就是进步;查了半天的Google竟然依然找不到例子，那就可能说明你的想法有误(要么怎么现实生活中竟然没有合适的例子呢?)，于是你就从你的脑子里剔除了一个不现实的想法，这是巨大的进步……动用一切手段，将保证你每时每刻都简团在进步，并且还是在绝大多数人都在哀怨“要是有拦磨橘人帮我改作文就好了”的情况下。
